The rooms are nicely furnished with a balcony, window, and soft bed. the breakfast is reasonable and incredible with a wide range of food. the location is particularly good, and they have parking nearby.

The rooms here are modern, clean with great amenities like air-conditioning and mini bar, plus the hotel is conveniently located near the Opera Night Club.

Location next to centre of the Old Quarter, and good restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Solasta Restaurant nearby. Silent room and airy, with a balcony and a sofa sleeper...

A great boutique hotel with really good service, excellent breakfast and very central location.

The staff were accommodating and amazingly kind people. Marvelous and fantastic location in the center of Hanoi. - the room was well priced and had smoke detectors.

The location was great. Right in the hub of the shopping district. Staff were amazingly helpful and went over and above to assist making the stay that much more pleasurable. Rooms were lovely and breakfast was delicious. Some nice touches were added such as the welcoming drinkn and the introduction to Hanoi.

Brand-new suite, very clean beds. Early check-in, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. The prime and strategic location for the price, adjacent to the lake, night market, and best street food shops, the shopping stores and bai. Also, in a very good location in the old centre: )

As a budget traveler, I loved the complimentary upgrades and amenities, such as the free bottle of Vietnamese red wine, bottled water, and fruit in the junior suite. the breakfast options were delicious, with made-to-order items like beef noodle soup, omelettes, and toast. the location was excellent, allowing for easy exploration of Hanoi's attractions like the big lake, pagoda, and mausoleum. Even arriving late at night, there were no issues. Lastly, the hotel surprised us with a voucher for a discounted sports massage, adding to our enjoyable stay.

Basic room was very small , barely enough room to leave open cases ., but we got upgraded to superior room when we came back ,a lot better.

If getting a cab back to the airport just use a normal taxi which you can book from just down the road, we booked a transfer from the hotel ( which we were led to beleive was in there own vehicle) for $16us , when we went downstairs to travel to the airport it was a normal taxi which would have cost us $10us.

The staff at Hanoi Moment Hotel are wonderful they helped us with transportation, ticket purchases and offered lots of information regarding Hanoi and the location in the Old Quarter is fantastic
